From late 2000? I know for sure this is an early PC-60 because it has the original style of front panel, with the large plastic surround with the power/reset/LEDs (my PC-70 was the same), as well as the indentations in the side panels, and plastic front fan filter mount. Other than the 3 speed fan controller and the 4 USB ports behind the front door (this is the USB version of the case), it's quite basic compared to the later PC-60s.
