As you might have guessed from the majority of the content on my site, I'm a bit of a car nut. I often like to think of myself as a racing driver stuck in a desk job, since if I was fortunate enough to be racing then I would be there in a heart beat, probably beating the best. Mr Hamilton had better hope I don't win the Lottery, that's for sure.
However, the reality is that I work 9-5 for a great company creating some innovative web solutions. I've been programming since I was 17 and I'm currently enjoying C# and .NET 3.5, and all the various technologies that sit around the edge. I've had a long standing interest in computers and technology, particularly with hardware and networks, so being able to work in the industry to provide a means for me to enjoy cars is a great pleasure.
Although I'm not particularly ambitious, I do hope that I'll have progressed enough over the next few years to be in a position where I can do a season of circuit racing. Track days are all well and good but nothing quite gets the blood racing like a battle for the lead. In the meantime I am thoroughly enjoying my days on track with groups such as Hondas-On-Track, so at the very least, I hope to continue doing that for as long as possible.
Anyway, I've had some fun putting this site together so with any luck, you'll find it interesting, useful, or maybe even entertaining.
